Membership in Virginia ASCD offers great benefits to educators throughout the year.

• Our newsletter will come to you during the first week of each month, including a feature article, a news update, and a list of upcoming events.
• VASCD’s annual digital peer-reviewed journal, will land in your inbox.
• You will receive invitations to members-only programs and services, including our Innovation Forums, New Teacher Forums, and Webinar Series.
• You will receive exclusive content (monthly) for members only.
• You will receive discounts on our programs, when available.

There are three ways to become a member:

• Complete the On-Line Membership Form. Membership is based on a $50 annual fee, prorated depending on the time of year when you join. Your membership will expire in December.
• Attend VASCD’s Annual Conference. Your conference registration makes you a member beginning on the first day of conference and expires a year later in December.
• Join ASCD online or by mail and choose the “joint dues” option to add a VASCD membership. Your affiliate membership fee of $50 will transfer to VASCD and your membership will expire a calendar year later. Your joint VASCD membership DOES NOT automatically renew with your ASCD membership. We will send you a separate VASCD renewal notice.
