VASCD aims to provide a deeper learning experience than what is typically associated with mandatory training and the modules therein. Because we believe in professional autonomy with integrity for educators and that some of our educators are entering into this work with experience in the domains of cultural competence, we set out to design modules that achieved both while simultaneously meeting the demands of the requirements and the tight timeline.
